Let visitors book a meeting or demo from your website chat
Add your booking link
- In chatbot, open Settings.
- Under Booking link, paste your scheduling page's address, starting with https://.
- Click outside the box to save.
- Ask for a demo in the preview to see the card.
When a visitor is ready to talk, the chat shows a "Book a time with us" card that opens your link.
What happens when a visitor clicks
- The chat is marked Booked in Inbox, under Conversations.
- A lead linked to the chat gets 15 points for "Booked a meeting".
Limits
- Pixelesq doesn't connect to your calendar, so it records the click and can't confirm the meeting.
- The card needs lead capture on. With Asking for contact details set to Never (point them to the contact page), it doesn't show.
