Common questions

Can I remove "powered by pixelesq"?

Yes, on Scale and Enterprise. Open Settings and turn on Hide "powered by pixelesq".

Why does the chatbot still talk about a restricted topic?

Make the topic more specific and check the spelling. The chatbot answers from your published pages, so remove content that must never come up.

Can I show the chatbot on some pages only?

It shows on every published page once it's on.
