Fix entries missing from a list or pages showing an old design
An entry is missing from a list
- A Draft status means the entry isn't live. Publish it.
- Open the list's database icon and check Limit and Static filters.
- Check Sort by. An old date can push the entry to a later page of the list.
- Make sure the page that holds the list is published.
Entry pages are blank or show an old design
- Open the collection and click the folder icon, Edit collection settings.
- If publish shows in the header, click it and confirm Publish.
- Wait while entry pages rebuild, then reload a live entry page.
- If a section shows placeholder text, check its fields are connected.
Limits
- Drafts never show in lists or at their URL.
- Without pagination, a list shows up to 200 entries. Pagination raises that to 500.
- A page duplicated as a standalone page isn't part of the collection, so it never shows in its lists.
- Saving the template doesn't rebuild entry pages. Only publishing does.
- A new collection's template starts empty.

Open that entry and publish it again. Publishing an entry rebuilds its page.
