Invite a teammate to your Pixelesq project

Invite someone

1. Click settings, then Team.
2. Click add.
3. Type their Email and pick a Role: Owner, Editor or Viewer.
4. Click send invite. Look for "User invitation sent".
5. Their row shows Invited until they sign in.

Resend an invite

1. In Team, click the three dots on a row marked Invited.
2. Click Resend invite. Look for "Invite resent".

Limits

• An invite covers one project.
• Only Owners can invite people or change the team.
• People you invite skip the setup steps and go straight to the project.
• Resend invite disappears once they've signed in.

Common questions

What does "Already on this team" mean?

That person is already invited or on the team. Check the list.

What can each role do?

Owners manage everything, including billing and the team. Editors make and publish changes. Viewers can look around without changing anything.

My teammate didn't get the email. What now?

Ask them to check their spam folder, then use Resend invite.
