HELP CENTER -> Publishing & teams
Publish a page or blog post, or take it offline

Publish a page
- In the page editor, click publish in the top bar. It shows when there's something new to publish.
- Wait for "Published page". Pixelesq takes you back to pages, where the page shows Published.
If the page has no SEO title or description yet, Pixelesq offers Open SEO so you can add them.
Publish a blog post or other entry
- In the entry editor, click publish at the top right.
- Look for "Published entry". The entry joins your lists and, if the collection has pages, goes live at its address.
Unpublish
Right-click the page or entry and choose unpublish.
Limits
- Headers, footers and themes publish on their own. Publishing a page doesn't publish them.
- You can't publish offline. The button waits until your edits reach the server.
- If your team uses review workflows, every reviewer approves before it goes live.
Common questions
Why don't I see the publish button?
There's nothing new to publish. The live page already matches your draft.
What does "Publishing is on hold" mean?
Some edits can't sync right now. They're safe. Resolve the notice, then publish again.
What does "Published, with draft" mean?
The page is live, but you have newer edits. Publish again to put them live.
