How Pixelesq stops form spam without a CAPTCHA

How it works
- A hidden trap field catches simple bots, and their submissions are thrown away.
- Rate limits slow down floods of submissions.
- Server checks look for known abuse networks, random keyboard text, throwaway email addresses and the same email sent again and again.
- Each submission is marked ok, suspect or spam. Spam goes to the Spam tab.
There's nothing to set up, and visitors never solve a CAPTCHA.
Check and fix caught submissions
- Open forms, click the form, then click Submissions.
- Open Spam. Flagged for shows why each one was caught.
- Click Not spam to move a real one to Inbox, or Mark spam on an Inbox row.
Limits
- There's no CAPTCHA option and no sensitivity setting.
- Spam sends no email, Slack message, CRM record, webhook, lead or download.
- Spam still counts toward your monthly submission limit.
- Suspect submissions stay in Inbox and still notify you.
- Moving a submission out of Spam doesn't resend its emails.
- Caught visitors see the normal success message.
