How to delete your Pixelesq account and the personal data tied to it, in the Pixelesq app or by email.

You can delete your Pixelesq account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to the Pixelesq app for Android and iPhone and to your Pixelesq account on the web.
Delete your account in the app
In the Pixelesq app for Android or iPhone:
- Open Settings: tap your initial at the top right, or the avatar at the bottom of the side rail on a tablet.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete my account permanently.
If your account has no sites yet, the app opens on a welcome screen instead. Choose Delete this account there.
Ask us to delete it by email
No app? Email hello@pixelesq.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in stops working everywhere, whether you used an email code, Google or Apple.
- Your name and email address are removed from Pixelesq.
- Your project memberships and API tokens are revoked.
Deleting your account can't be undone.
What is kept
- Sites you own together with teammates stay with them, along with their pages, content and leads.
- If you are the only owner of a site, transfer ownership or delete the site on the web dashboard first. A live site never disappears as a side effect of deleting an account.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
