Get an email every time someone submits your form

Send some submissions to someone else

1. Open Notification Routing and click Add routing rule.
2. Pick the field and how to match it: equals, not equals or contains.
3. Fill in the value to match and the email address to send to.
4. Order your rules. The first rule that matches wins, and everything else goes to Mail To.

Send visitors to a thank-you page

1. In the form editor, fill in Redirect URL with a full address or a path, such as /thank-you.
2. Make sure that page is published.

Visitors go there right after they submit. Without it, they see a built-in thank-you message.

Send an automatic thank-you email

1. Switch on Autoresponder.
2. Write a Subject, such as "Thanks {{name}}, we got it!".
3. Write the Message, or click Use the default message.

Pixelesq sends it to the address in the form's first email field.

Offer a download in exchange for an email

1. Switch on Gated Asset and click Pick from asset library.
2. Pick a Delivery: Show on success screen or Email only.
3. Set the Button Label and link expiry (days), from 1 to 30. The default is 7.

Limits

• Pixelesq sends nothing unless both Mail To and Email Template are set. Forms from templates and complete AI forms start without them.
• Submissions marked as spam don't send an email.
• Emails come from Pixelesq, so replying doesn't reach the visitor.
• A routing rule swaps the recipient. It can't copy in extra people.
• Each address gets at most one automatic thank-you email per form per hour.
• Automatic thank-you emails and downloads skip spam and suspect submissions.
• Email only delivery needs an email field in the form.
• The built-in thank-you message can't be edited. Quizzes and calculators show their results and skip the redirect.
