Hide a page from Google and other search engines with noindex
Hide a page

- On Search, untick Index the page in search engines.
- Click submit.
The live page now asks search engines not to list it or follow its links. Tick the box again to undo it.
Pages people often hide
- Thank-you pages that show after a form.
- Landing pages for ads or emails.
- Test pages, and old pages you still link to.
Limits
- Search engines drop the page after their next visit to it, which can take days or longer.
- Anyone with the link can still open the page.
- The page still shows in your sitemap.xml and llms.txt.
- A page's visibility setting doesn't hide it from search. Untick this box as well.
- Your free Pixelesq address is never indexed, so this box matters on your own domain.
- The change skips the draft and is live at once.
