Set up your context so Pixel and AI writing know your business

Fill in your site profile

1. In the sidebar, under settings, click context.
2. On Site Profile, under Brand Basics, check Site title, Tagline, Year founded, Website URL and Site description.
3. Add your logo and Favicon under Visual Identity, and your address, phone and email under Contact & Location.
4. Click update.

Pixelesq drafts this tab from your website or description when you create the project. Check it and fill any gaps.

Describe your audience

1. Open Audience & Strategy and pick a Primary Goal.
2. Click Add Persona and fill in the name, Age Range, Role/Title, Key Need and Pain Points. You can add up to 3 personas.
3. Tick the Visitor Intentions that fit.
4. Add your competitors by domain, such as competitor.com, and the searches you want to be found for.
5. Click update.

Set your brand voice

1. Open AI Content Gen.
2. Pick a Tone, such as Friendly or Professional, and set the Reading level, CTA style and Length preference.
3. Add Core keywords, Must mention terms and Forbidden words.
4. For finance, health or legal sites, set Regulated domain and a Default disclaimer.
5. Click update.

Limits

• Saving shows no message. Reopen the tab to check your changes.
• Use your live domain in Website URL. Your structured data and Growth tools treat it as your address.
• Launch allows 2 competitors and 10 searches, Grow 3 and 15, and Scale 5 and 40. Your own domain can't be a competitor.
• A new voice applies to new writing. Copy already on your site stays as it is.
• Only your site profile and social details reach your site, through structured data. Your audience and voice stay private.

Common questions

What does "Site title is required" mean?

The site title is empty. Add your business or site name and click update.

Which AI features use my context?

Pixel, Magic Add, Growth articles, chatbot greetings and image generation all start from it.

What are the other tabs for?

Social & Share holds your social profiles and default share image. AI Image Gen sets the look of generated images. See Generate an image with AI.
