Format text with headings, lists, tables and links

Add blocks with the slash menu

1. Click a description field and type /.
2. Pick Heading 1, Heading 2 or Heading 3, Bullet List, Numbered List, Quote, Divider, Code Block, Table, Image or YouTube.

Format words

1. Select some words to open the formatting bar.
2. Use Turn into, Link, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough or code.
3. Use the color button to color the text or the background behind it.

For a full toolbar, hover the field and click Expand editor. Right-click a table for row, column and header options.

Limits

• Titles and subtitles have fewer options than description fields.
• Pasted text drops outside fonts, sizes and colors.
• Images added inside text have no alt text field.
• Links to other sites are marked nofollow, and you can't change that.
• Custom embed code isn't supported. Use the YouTube block for videos.
• Images uploaded here can be up to 20 MB.

Common questions

What does "File size too big (max 20MB)." mean?

The image is over 20 MB. Make it smaller and upload it again.

What does "File type not supported." mean?

That file isn't an image this field takes. Upload an image file instead.

How do I link words to a page?

Select the words, click Link and pick a page or type an address. See Add or change a link.
