Manage your website pages: preview, copy links and delete

See your pages

1. In the sidebar, click pages. Pages with the newest changes come first.
2. Click a page to preview it. Switch the preview with Preview on desktop, Preview on tablet, Preview on mobile or SEO & Social Media.
3. Hover the ring on a card to see its status: Draft, Published or Published, with draft.

A faded card is a hidden page, and a lock means the page is locked with an access key.

Act on a page

Right-click a page card or its preview, then pick open page, copy link, edit page, edit meta, duplicate, unpublish or delete.

Delete a page

1. Right-click the page and click delete, or open Page settings and click Delete at the bottom.
2. Read "This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to this page." and click Delete.
3. Redirect the old URL to the closest live page, so visitors don't land on a missing page. See Redirect an old URL to a new page.

Limits

• The list loads 20 pages at a time as you scroll, and it has no search box. To find a page fast, press Cmd+K, or Ctrl+K on Windows, and type its name.
• Pages made from collection entries show in the list too. Manage those from their entry.
• open page and copy link work only for published pages.
• Deleted pages can't be brought back, and their URLs aren't redirected for you.
• Deleting a page cancels any publish scheduled for it.

Common questions

What's the difference between unpublish and delete?

Unpublish takes the page off your live site and keeps it as a draft. Delete removes it for good.

Can I get a deleted page back?

No. Pixelesq has no trash for pages. If you only want a page off your site, unpublish it instead.

What does "Links are disabled in preview" mean?

Links don't work inside the preview. Open the live page to try them.
