Cancel your Pixelesq subscription

Cancel

1. Click settings, then Billing, and stay on Overview.
2. Under Upcoming bill, click Cancel subscription.
3. In Cancel subscription?, click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep my plan to stop.
4. Look for "Subscription canceled. You keep full access until" and your renewal date.

Change your mind

Before the renewal date, click Resume subscription in Billing.

What happens on the renewal date

• Your published pages stay live.
• Editing pauses, and the dashboard says "Your subscription has lapsed and this project is read-only."
• To edit again, an Owner clicks Reactivate to subscribe again, or Continue on Free to keep going on the limited plan, with low caps and the Pixelesq badge.

Limits

• Canceling doesn't refund the current period.
• Deleting a project doesn't cancel its subscription. Cancel first, then delete.
• Only Owners can cancel. Enterprise plans are canceled with our team.

Common questions

Can I cancel right away?

Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Your plan keeps working until then.

Will my site go offline?

No. Published pages stay live after the renewal date.

Can I move to a cheaper plan instead?

Yes. In Plans, click Downgrade on a lower plan. The change starts at your next renewal.
