Change your name, photo, dashboard theme and notifications
Change your name and photo
- Click your photo at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account.
- On Profile, click your avatar to upload a new photo.
- Under Name, change First Name and Last Name, and click submit.
Your name shows across the dashboard and to teammates.
Pick a dashboard theme
- Click your photo at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Pick Light, Dark or System.
Check your notifications
- Click the bell next to the project name at the top of the sidebar. The number shows how many are unread.
- Click a notification to open it. To clear them all, click the check marks at the top of the panel.
Closing the panel marks what you saw as read.
Choose your notifications
- Click settings, then Notifications.
- Switch each type on or off under Leads and forms, Content and AI and jobs.
For push alerts on your phone, sign in to the Pixelesq iPhone app.
Limits
- You can't change your sign-in email. Account shows it with your sign-in method, Google or Email OTP.
- First and last names need at least 2 characters each.
- Notification choices are yours and apply to one project. Each teammate picks their own.
- Your own publishes never notify you.
- Viewers can't open the Notifications settings.
- The theme changes the dashboard only. Your site keeps its own theme.
Common questions
How do I log out?
Click your photo at the bottom of the sidebar, click Log out, and confirm.
Why doesn't my new photo show?
It can take a few seconds. Reload the page if the old photo still shows.
Can I get notifications by email?
Forms and chat leads send their own emails. See Get an email when someone submits a form and Get alerts for new and hot leads.
