Get an email or a push alert when a new or hot lead comes in
Get lead emails
- In chatbot, open General, then Behavior.
- Fill in Fallback email.
Each chat lead arrives as "New HOT lead", "New WARM lead" or "New COLD lead", with the lead's email and your project name.
Choose in-app and push alerts
- Click settings, then Notifications.
- Under Leads and forms, keep New leads, Hot leads, Form submissions and Chat escalations on, or turn some off.
- For push alerts, sign in to the Pixelesq iPhone app.
These settings are yours. Each teammate picks their own.
Limits
- Every chat lead is emailed, whatever its score. The email can't be turned off or limited to hot leads.
- Lead emails go to one address.
- Push alerts work on iPhone only, and there are no text message alerts.
- Forms send their own emails. See Get an email when someone submits a form.
